夏バテする気候じゃないけど
あんまり食欲のない近頃
体に良さそ（？）なオヤツを作って食べてみたりしています
＊缶詰フルーツに白玉
＊ころころきなこホールウイーツクッキー（おみやげ用）
＊ヨーグルト＋グラノラ＋ストロベリ、ブルベリ（多すぎた）
ところで
最近 生活のリズムがものすごくくずれていたので
アテクシ猛反省致しました
で 昨日からムン！
まず朝まともな時間に起きる事から始めました
とはいえ８−９時とかなんれすけど すみません
（これまで相当ひどかった）
やっぱり朝きちんと起きると気持ちイイネ
体ももっと意識して動かすようにしております
健全な精神は健全な肉体に宿る！のら

yeah, i've been to strawberry picking once. the farm was beautiful and it was fun but their strawberries were almost gone.... i guess starving people were there before me. it was very expensive too! well, i love being farms but prefer Whole Foods berries for eating. it is cheeper, nicer and easy to find :)
i might need to go to NYC soon for school office stuff but not sure when though.
are you coming back to Boston? do you have any plan for summer?
do you surf? well, i want to try surf and looking for a good teacher:)

I am actually looking to learn to surf this summer as well. I have been surfing twice before, but that was many years ago. So I probably wouldn't be the best teacher :)
Let me know when you come to NYC. I am due for a trip into the city. Right now I don't have any plans to come to Boston, but that might change.

that's great! we can be a surf buddy! (someday.... after i learned how to do. ) well, you are in advance anyway since i've never tried surf before..... is there any great beach for surf around your place ?
i'll let you know when i go to the city :)
